What is the difference between UV and LED?

Previously, there were only UV tubes and only LED lamps. Modern dual-LED devices like the Studio Amelie 72 W combine both wavelengths, so all gel systems cure reliably and significantly faster.

How many watts should a good UV/LED lamp have?

For professional use, at least 48 W is recommended. Our 72 W lamp offers a higher power reserve – ideal for highly pigmented colors and thick builder gels.

What does the low-heat mode do?

Heat is generated during polymerization. The 99-second mode starts at low power and gradually increases it to reduce the typical sensation of heat.

How often do the LEDs need to be replaced?
