Our Studio Amelie Rubber Base Gel is the game changer for your soak-off manicure: the rubbery, flexible consistency adapts to the natural nail and makes liftings the exception rather than the rule – thanks to maximum elasticity, extreme adhesive strength, and a self-leveling formula that evens out imperfections almost by itself.

Whether worn solo as a natural reinforcement or as an ultra-strong base under color – the Rubber Base ensures long-lasting results without liftings and can be gently removed with acetone if necessary.

• Preparation: Nail Prep and Ultrabond Primer
• Base: Rubber Base Gel (this product)
• Color: Soak Off Color Gel or Nude Gel
• Finish: Top Gel of your choice

Application in 5 steps

1. Preparation: File the nail into shape and gently roughen it with a buffer
2. Cleaning: Dehydrate with Nail Prep and then apply Ultrabond Primer (allow to air dry for 30 sec.)
3. Application: Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base – do not let it run into the cuticle
4. Curing: Cure for 60 sec. in an LED lamp or 120 sec. under UV
5. Finish: Apply a second layer for more opacity or seal directly with a Top Coat

With correct application and care, usually 3 to 5 weeks before a refill is necessary.

How do I remove Rubber Base Gel correctly?
Roughen the surface, soak for 10-15 minutes with an acetone-soaked cotton pad and aluminum foil, then gently push off with a rosewood stick. Details in our application guide.

Is Rubber Base also suitable for very long extensions?
Only to a limited extent. For very long nails, a firmer builder gel provides more stability as a supporting structure.

Do I have to file between layers?
Usually not. The self-leveling formula ensures an even surface – filing is generally only necessary for final shaping.
