• Building: This UV Clear Builder Gel – UV-cure only. For LED/UV compatibility: ibd Hard Gel Pink II, Pink V or Natural II
• Sealing: ibd LED/UV Intense Seal – mirror-smooth, no-cleanse finish in 30 seconds

Application

1. Clean and shape nails, prepare according to the ibd system.
2. Apply builder gel evenly and sculpt.
3. Cure: UV lamp 3 minutes. Caution: This product cures exclusively under UV light. For optimal results, we recommend the Studio Amelie UV/LED Lamp 72W.
4. Close container after use, store in a cool, light-protected place.

What is the difference between UV Clear Builder Gel and Hard Gel LED/UV?
The crucial difference lies in the curing. The UV Clear Builder Gel cures exclusively under UV light (3 minutes) and is completely crystal clear – ideal for encapsulations and transparent overlays. The Hard Gel LED/UV products cure under both LED (1 minute) and UV (3 minutes) and contain color pigments.

Can I cure the UV Clear Builder Gel with an LED lamp?
No. The UV Clear Builder Gel contains only a UV-specific photoinitiator and will not fully cure under LED. For LED compatibility, ibd recommends the Hard Gel LED/UV series.

Is the UV Clear Builder Gel suitable for encapsulation designs?
Yes, its crystal-clear formula and high chemical resistance make it particularly suitable for permanently encapsulating glitter, foils, or dried flowers.

How long can I sculpt with the gel before it cures?
The gel only cures under the UV lamp, so there is sufficient time for sculpting at room temperature without it prematurely hardening.
